Our Design House expertise includes: architecture, design, project management and site engineering, Sustainable Development policy and practice, community liaison and eco-community development, human- systems integration (human factors), energy assessment, traditional construction methods, policy analysis and honest broker consulting.

We have a multi - disciplinary team of associates that combine all aspects of sustainable development. In this way we integrate diverse skills such as architecture, ecology, design, energy, people skills, practical construction, computer aided design and data analysis. Our associates have qualifications that include in environmental, technology, IT, architectural, management, social science, future studies, and we all think ahead in a connected and practical approach to solution delivery.

  We have close ties with a leading national renewable energy company, specialising in the installation of the most efficient European technologies. In turn they have relationships with R&D in industry and academia, and are willing partners in our aims and objectives of rolling out sustainable building solutions UK wide. Our strength is in our analytical capacity and the relationships we can call upon, and in our leadership aims within the construction industry.

• Construction capacity

  Llan have a long-term background in construction, engineering, and contracting. The partnership was originally formed by two of its members who between them have a 50 year history in construction. Several of our members have ongoing roles in construction contracting, project management, and related business processes and policy.

  Llan have a dependable relationship with many sub-contractors and partners in conventional construction ventures. We draw upon these resources while maintaining our focus on sustainable processes and while educating those around us in methods of creating a truly sustainable built environment
