  Passivhaus is the European standard we use as the basis to achieve minimal energy use. This forms a starting point and benchmark. Warmth and coolth are built in to create a healthy environment for mind and body. All parts are integrated in the design. PassiveHaus design is generally 90 percent more energy efficient than a conventional design. Imagine cutting your energy cost to 10 percent or less from what it is now, forever.
